Nothing to compare!

You can use this page to compare protein properties and sequences in one of two ways:

1. On any protein page, hover over the "compare" tab on the right side of the window, and click the button to add that given protein to the comparison list. Alternatively, you can add multiple proteins from the protein table. Once you have added multiple items to the list, click the "show comparison" button to return to this page.
2. You may also directly add comma-separated protein "slugs" to the url. (You can find the slug for a protein in the url of the main protein page). For instance: to compare mScarlet, mScarlet-I, and mCherry: www.fpbase.org/compare/mscarlet,mscarlet-i,mcherry/
